  4. Technical and Design Challenge: Implementing Portal Registration functionality for Customer Service Management (CSM) with a new UI demands overcoming specific technical and design challenges for a seamless integration.

The Solution

Custom portals per domain, omitting common pages, and crafting UI-aligned widgets. Exploring AngularJS like uibmodal and Pagination for efficient ServiceNow widgets.

Designed a widget: pulls questions from the ServiceNow survey module, displaying them sequentially. It dynamically adjusts based on answers to prior questions

Enhancing Arabic Support: OOB ServiceNow lacks an Arabic translation plugin. Leveraging Bootstrap RTL CSS in the portal theme, we trigger it only when the language switches to Arabic.

New widget: Register with a form, fill fields, validate values, submit, receive notification with user ID and password.
