Values shape how Dyooti views clients and employees to help them assess their performance goals. It is an active method of self-reflection and regulation to ensure that the Management, leaders, managers and employees ‘walk the talk’. Peer recognition and appreciation may come both, on and offline. But linking it to something tangible, like the organizational culture, has the advantage of people seeing your values being ‘alive’ inside the organization.

While there is no perfect way to demonstrate these values, we use methods through Interviews with candidates, Induction and On-boarding process, Annual Performance Appraisal system, Rewards and Recognition programs, and cultural events to bring out the importance of culture as a driver of performance.
